Susan Stromberg
Originally from Saskatchewan, Susan has lived in Montreal since 1963. She works in stone, bronze, steel and wood. Stromberg's style encompasses what is recognizable of her subjects be they plant, animal or human though abstracted which incorporates a mystical quality intrinsic in her work.

Her work is included in public and private collections worldwide. Her bronze sculptures were selected by the Government of Canada to be presented to U.S. President Bill Clinton and Russian President, Boris Yeltsin at the Vancouver Summit. Stromberg was awarded the Queen's Commemorative Medal by the Governor General of Canada for her contribution to the Arts. Her largest sculpture "Osmosis" is located in the garden at Rideau Hall, the Govenor General's Official Residence in Ottawa.
