REVELATIONS

Khang Pham New

Works of Pham-New takes on a tension where the sculptor pushes negative and positive space far beyond the natural harmony of the curve. His curves and circular resolutions carry multiple weight, multiple meanings. The physical rotations of his sculptures reveal as many faces as a complex personality. His organic shapes present a life force, offering rich dimensions and multiple layers at every 90 degree turn. His obsession with curves extends his life course into the path of the circulating viewer. Kelly McCray, Guest Curator
